Alliance Tattoo Supply wholesale accounts are reserved for licensed tattoo and body art professionals and businesses. By submitting this application, you confirm that your business is legally operating in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your shop name and phone number are required and used in our verification process. If you are a traveling artist, please indicate that under shop name. Wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, and terms of sale will be communicated upon account approval. Alliance Tattoo Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Accounts are subject to periodic review. Unverified orders will be declined and issued a refund minus a $50.00 restocking fee.
