Q. When will my package arrive?

 

Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F are processed, packaged and shipped same day. Packages can be expected to arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping region and method.

 

Q. Can you track my package?

 

Upon invoice creation, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the size of the items in your order. You can visit UPS.com or fedex.com to enter in your tracking number to get up to date information on the status of your package.

Q. How can I retrieve my password?

 

On the Log In page, under where you would enter your password, click the "Forgot your Password?" link. The link will direct you to a page where you can enter the email associated with your account. Click the "Reset Password" button to receive a "Reset Password" email and follow the directions in the email to set a new password. If you do not receive the "Reset Password" email, be sure to check your junk folder or spam. If you still do not see your "Reset Password" email, then please reach out to our Customer Service and we will assist you.

 

Q. Did my order go through?

 

Once your payment method processes after placing an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. If you have not received an order confirmation number, please call our customer service department for assistance.

 

Q. What do I need to set up an account?

 

If you are a new customer to Alliance Tattoo Supply, please see our Verification Policy to learn what to expect when setting up an account. 

 

Q. What are the showroom hours for pickup?

Monday - Friday from 10am to 2pm EST. Artists must be verified at a shop with an active Alliance Tattoo Supply account when making purchases and picking up in the showroom.
 

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes, we do offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more in the contiguous United States using UPS ground shipping only.  Other shipping options are available at customers expense and will be subject to UPS quoted rates. For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy page.  Oversize/Overweight items sold by the case and gallons do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Q. Do you have coupon codes available?

 

We feature promotional discounts regularly throughout the year. Sign up for our mailing list so that you’re the first to know about them!

Q. How to you request Alliance Tattoo Supply to carry a new product?

 

Email admin@alliancetattoosupply.com for product requests.

 

Q. How can I obtain proof of sterilization / MSDS sheets?

 

Customs may leave a note when placing an order to request these documents upon the products arrival. You may also call our Customer Service office at 804-729-6651 to request documentation.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes. We offer UPS shipping methods for international order, we however, cannot ship to the following countries: Taiwan, Indonesia, India, South Africa, Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico, North and South Korea.

Fred Pinckard

Fred's obsession with tattooing began at a very young age after seeing the old military tattoos on his grandfathers forearm. The worn, yet readable, images solidified his fate and lifelong goal to become a tattooer. He set out on his path after finding an apprenticeship in Texas, where he learned to tattoo the old fashioned way, by making the tools he used on a daily basis. Now with 20+ years in the trade it's time to give back to the business that gave him everything. Alliance Tattoo Supply was created to do our part in keeping tattooing safe in the hands of tattooers.
