Warranty and shipping

The Grid Destroyer V-2 is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Covered units are repaired or replaced at Alliance's discretion.

Not covered
  • Damage from drops, impact, liquid, or misuse
  • Units opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Alliance
  • Damage from chargers or cables not supplied with the unit
  • Normal wear to the hand-painted enclosure finish
  • Units without proof of purchase

Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before any work is done.

After you receive your RA number, pack the unit securely with a printed copy of your confirmation and the accessories listed above, write the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship with tracking to: Alliance LLC, Attn: Repairs, 2601 Maury Street, Building 24, Richmond, VA 23224. Alliance is not responsible for items lost in transit to us.
